Look at this! I’m on week 3, and I’m still planning my meals! Just a few more weeks to get through, and I’ll have a good rotation to cycle through! It’s been really helpful knowing what is for meals, since that’s more than half the battle. I like leaving weekends open, because we often end up somewhere, or just having something rather casual.
Here we go!
Week 3
Monday: Tacos
Tuesday: Chicken Pot Pie
Wednesday: Taco Salad (from Monday’s leftovers. Everyone LOVES it)
Thursday: Zesty Chicken Tortilla Bake
Friday: BBQ Chicken & Potatoes
Fortunately for me, my family doesn’t mind having similar meals a few days in a row. It works out well when I make up a whole bunch of chicken or something like that. If I plan on having leftovers of a certain meal, I have to set that part aside before, otherwise it will all get eaten up…
