With week 1 of meal planning finished, I have to say that it made a huge difference in my life. I took things out of the freezer the night before, I prepped ingredients in the morning, and finished up supper in the afternoon. There was no stress about what to make, no extra trips to the grocery store.
I think I’ll change Pasta to a different night next week because we have swimming lessons right before dinner on Tuesdays and pasta dishes typically need to be made directly before serving. However, this is a strange week, anyways, because I’m heading off to Blissdom on Thursday, so we’ll make the changes next time. 🙂

I live in Hamilton, Ontario, and love my city. I'm a Netflixer, choral music geek, bookworm, inventor of recipes (I take Artistic Licence on EVERYTHING that I make), wife of one, mother of two, and owner of a neurotic Schnauzer. I respect people who respect others. I love good food that's well done, but my favourite lunch is KD & hotdogs. With ketchup. I'm addicted to Clearance Shopping. I will ALWAYS get the product that I want at the price that I want, eventually.
