Fuller House On Netflix February 26 #streamteam

As a kid growing up int he 90s, I was fairly limited in the number of shows I could watch. We didn’t have cable, and our parents were pretty strict about what we could and coudn’t watch. But one show that became a part of my childhood was Full House.  I used to want to be DJ, with her great hair and cool clothes! And of course, I had a younger sister, Jenn, who would be Stephanie! We went through all their life experiences with them, learning about school, makeup, and boys.

I was thrilled when I first saw Full House on Netflix, and I re-watched most of it on my own, figuring my four boys would never be interested in it. Turns out, I was wrong about that! They watched a few episodes with their cousins, and were hooked! They love funny Joey, and cool Uncle Jesse! We’ve been working our way through the shows together as a family (and I’ve even caught my husband watching out of the corner of his eye from time to time…).

As soon as they started posting rumours about a Full House reunion, called Fuller House, I stayed on top of the social media news. When it was confirmed that Netflix was producing it, we were thrilled!! And as #streamteam members, we even got a special 6-episode sneak preview!

I have to tell you, they didn’t let us down! Original cast members, catch-phrases, and throwback jokes throughout the show.  The storyline was sweet, and reminiscent of the original Full House, exepct with girls caring for boys this time, rather than the men caring for girls.

I can’t share the first episodes with you, (you’ll have to wait until February 26) but I CAN share an exclusive look behind the scenes of the show. Watch DJ, Stephanie and Kimmy adjust to their new roles as grown-ups!

In other news, your favorite Fuller House characters are getting their very own Netflix “collections” to celebrate the show launch. Next time your family is gathering around the TV, look to TV Time for the Fam and other Fuller House-inspired title collections to find something everyone can agree on:

So keep an eye out on February 26 for Fuller House, as well as the original Full House, which currently has all seasons available on Netflix. You got it, dude!

I live in Bowmanville, and am a mom to four young boys - it can get a little loud in my house. I am a Christian, a part-time French teacher, a piano teacher and former homeschooler. I love finding the best deals, which will come in handy when our boys become hungry teenagers! We just moved to a house with more outdoor space, and I'm still getting used to life in the country (a walk around the block is a lot longer here!).
