This is a variation on the original Five Minute Fudge. I’ve never actually tried any of the suggested combinations, but I thought in honour of Valentine’s day, I’d give this version a try.
Take one can of white or vanilla icing, combine it in a glass bowl with one package of white chocolate chips. Microwave on 70% power for about 2 minutes. Stir until melted and combined. If necessary, microwave for another minute on 70%.
Stir in a handful of chopped dried cranberries, and 1/4 cup or so of chopped walnuts.
Spread in an 8×8 dish lined with parchment paper. Cool for 2 hours.
Cut, serve and enjoy! I absolutely loved the addition of cranberries & walnuts to it – great taste and texture. It looks so very classy and people will think you put a lot of work into it.
Great for Valentine’s Day!
