Hello! Welcome to Week 6 of my Meal Planning! I honestly can’t believe that I made it six weeks! It has been a real life-saver, knowing what to have for meals! Again, I think it only worked so well because I just planned for the week days, and I allowed for some repeats/leftovers, since my family doesn’t mind. I think after this week, I’ll go back to Week 1 and use it as a reference for my meal-planning, cycling through it week by week.
Monday: Leftover Roast Beef & Potatoes from the weekend
Tuesday: Chicken & Rice
Wednesday: Chicken Tortilla Bake
Thursday: Sausage & Potato Bake
Friday: Darren (9) wants to plan and cook a meal on Fridays. It will likely be Kraft Dinner, but HEY! I don’t have to cook, and the kids are getting into this meal planning thing! Yay for all of us!
