Well, here I am at week five, still following my meal plan! I like the flexibility of planning the five days of the week, and leaving the weekend up to a spontaneous meal (or my husband…).
Monday: Leftover Thanksgiving food
Tuesday: Pork Chops and Rice
Wednesday: Shepherd’s Pie
Thursday: Shepherd’s Pie (fortunately my family doesn’t mind leftovers or repeats!)
Friday: Leftovers or easy foods
